That’s right! If you bring in your computer before 1pm Monday – Friday we will start working on it the same day and in most cases you can pick it up before we close.* Even if you can’t make it in before 1pm we can have you up and running the next business day!

Computer Heaven offers a full line of services, either in-store or on-site for your convenience. From upgrades to Viruses we do it all! Below you will find a list of our most common services and their prices. If there is something you need done that is not on the list, please feel free to call us for an estimate.

Computer Heaven 10 Point Diagnostic - Computer Heaven’s standard diagnostic test. We will determine your problem and give you an estimate on repair costs. Includes hardware & software checkup and a thorough dusting!	$39.99
Mac Diagnostic - Computer Heaven’s basic diagnostic fee for Macs. We will determine your problem and give you an estimate on repair costs.	$85.00
Standard Mac Repair - Our hourly rate for Mac repairs.	$85.00
General Labor – Anything not listed below will generally incur an hourly rate. In store repairs are broken down by half hour increments. 30 Minutes or less is only billed at half the rate listed. Most repairs generally do not exceed 2-3 hours worth of labor in severe cases.	$85.00
Hardware Installation, Basic- Simple hardware installs including but not limited to Modems, Sound Cards, Video Cards, CD-Rom and DVD Drives, Floppy Drives, etc.	$39.99
B.S.O.D. – Better known as the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Being terrorized by the BSOD? Let us bring your pc back to life. We will diagnose what the problem is and give you an estimate on what it will take to rid yourself of the problem.	$39.99
Virus Cleanup - Rid your computer of all those pesky bugs! Includes top notch AV software installation for maximum protection. Also includes our 10 point diagnostic test.	$129.99
Data Backup – We can back up your important data on to CD or DVD at your request. This price includes 1 DVD or CD worth of data up to 4.5GB. An extra $50.00 will be charged per additional DVD or per addtional 4.5GB.	$50.00
Hard Drive Test - Think your hard drive is failing? Let us test it for you. We will run our advanced diagnostics to determine the condition of your hard drive. We can find problems out now that may save you a lot of headaches and DATA LOSS in the future.	$39.99
Motherboard Installation, Advanced - Motherboard Installation including Windows Repair Install.	$127.50
Laptop Diagnostics – Having problems with your laptop’s display? Is your laptop not powering up anymore? We can fix the problem. If you decide to have the problem fixed, your diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair cost..	$69.99
Laptop Inverter Replacement – If your display is not cracked but the screen is very dim, it is usually an inverter.	$199.99
Laptop Power Jack Repair -  This covers disassembly of the laptop, removal of the bad jack, installation of the new jack, reassembly, and testing. Includes Parts and Labor. Additional fees may apply in the event further problems are discovered after jack replacement.	$199.99
Replacement LCD Screen – Generally major display problems mean a bad LCD. All replacement LCD’s carry a 30-day replacement warranty.	$299.99 and Up

 

Onsite Service

Unable to bring your computer to our shop? Need help setting up your new PC? Having problems wiring your home to network your computers? We can help!

A Computer Heaven technician can come to you and help you with your problem. The charge for onsite service is our standard labor charge of $85.00 per hour, and a travel charge of $45.00 per hour in transit. There is a minimum labor charge of one hour onsite.

Business Services

Computer Heaven also provides onsite services for local businesses. We can schedule regular technician visits for routine maintenance and service, and even provide on-call service (for an additional fee). Contracts can be set up for month-to-month, or for a longer term to protect you from any possible rate changes.

Additionally, Computer Heaven makes available Net Terms accounts to qualified businesses. Stop by the store for an application.

*Same day service only guarantees that your computer will be started and an initial diagnostic will be made the same day. Most repairs checked in before 1pm are completed by the end of business the same day. Completion times may vary depending on the complexity of repairs or the availability of parts.

**While you wait service applies only to upgrade services, not to system builds, diagnostics, or other repairs, and is limited to RAM upgrades, Optical and Hard Drive installation, Sound, Video, and Peripheral Card installation, and Power Supply installation. The computer must be in proper working condition prior to upgrade work. In the event a power supply is installed, and the computer is found to not function, While you wait service may not be possible. Hard Drive installation is limited to secondary drive installation and setup and does not include data backup or migration, nor does it include Operation System installation. In the event of RAM incompatibility issues, While you wait Service may not be possible.
